Hello, Can you please explain the following reverts that you made?

• [1] didn’t the user simply insert the correct year for the photograph?
• [2] same thing + the correct name of the person?

@Huñvreüs: Hi and thanks for raising these questions. I believe I have a sufficient explanation. Both edits are very clearly made by same long term abuser, known as Risto hot sir (for more information please see ie. w:en: Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Risto hot sir). There are two problems, first is his sockpuppeting across tens of various Wikimedia projects, mostly under Finnish usernames, but recently also from IP addresses; and second is the fact that he's currently globally locked and any action falls under lock evasion. In order for him to have edits not reverted, he shall firstly appeal this global lock and then proceed on editing; not just clearly evading and socking. Furthermore, he tends to add machine translated subtitles, sometimes also containing false dates of creation or alike. Overall I think it's better for us to revert him wholly than weigh and check every single contribution for possible false information. Best, A09 (kaozeal) 28 Mae 2024 da 09:39 (UTC)
