Hello everyone - update on files (Restr)![kemmañ ar vammenn]

I have been adding all files to categories like "Files uploaded by User:<name>" in Rummad:Skeudennoù. The idea is to make it easier for everyone to check the files and add a source, author and a license.

Only the photographer / copyright holder can add a license unless it is a photo that is Public Domain because it is very old or if it is from Flickr for example.

But everyone can help add a description and move files with all the relevant information to Wikimedia Commons (just click the tab "Export to Wikimedia Commons").

I have written to some of you directly if you uploaded many files. If you think I have forgotten something please leave a message at Kaozeadenn_Implijer:MGA73#Next step.
