Deskrivadur
English: Meadow at Giverny dates from a decade when Monet generally painted works in series, depicting a motif at different times of day and under varying weather conditions. These paintings often are considered experiments in color harmonies or documents of scientific optics, but according to another theory they are also nationalistic in nature—paintings of the Gothic cathedral in Rouen or grain-stacks treat deeply rooted French cultural themes. This painting is one of four scenes of the meadow at Giverny that Monet painted in the spring of 1894. They are unusual for this decade and respond to a different impetus, expressing Monet’s excitement at finding himself once again in the countryside, among the flickering, tender hues of the early spring. -Gallery label from the Princeton University Art Museum

This is a faithful photographic reproduction of a two-dimensional, public domain work of art. The work of art itself is in the public domain for the following reason:
Public domain

The author died in 1926, so this work is in the public domain in its country of origin and other countries and areas where the copyright term is the author's life plus 95 years or fewer.

You must also include a United States public domain tag to indicate why this work is in the public domain in the United States. Note that Mexico has a term of 100 years and does not implement the rule of the shorter term, so this image may not be in the public domain in Mexico.
The official position taken by the Wikimedia Foundation is that "faithful reproductions of two-dimensional public domain works of art are public domain".
This photographic reproduction is therefore also considered to be in the public domain in the United States. In other jurisdictions, re-use of this content may be restricted; see Reuse of PD-Art photographs for details.
