English: Frumka Płotnicka (age 29) fought in the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising and several weeks later led the ghetto uprising in the Będzin Ghetto during Operation Reinhard. Polski: Frumka (Fruma) Płotnicka (Plotnitzki) (1914 - 1943), żydowska działaczka ruchu oporu w czasie II wojny światowej, łączniczka Żydowskiej Organizacji Bojowej ŻOB na terenie kraju, organizatorka samoobrony w getcie warszawskim oraz w Zagłębiu Dąbrowskim, uczestniczka powstania w getcie warszawskim oraz współorganizatorka powstania w getcie będzińsko-sosnowieckim. Zginęła 3 sierpnia 1943 w bunkrze w Będzinie, broniąc się przed Niemcami. |
